But when she went to the restaurant with her client, the restaurant manager told her she did not have any booking for the evening. She flashed the email confirmation stored on her phone to him. The email stated that a booking was confirmed for 8/11.
The manager then said, “Today is 11 Aug and the booking is for 8 Nov.”
