Centrally located in the CBD, our training room at International Plaza (IP) is accessible by people coming from all the different parts of Singapore. As we are situated just next to the Tanjong Pagar MRT station, and well supported by many bus services, your course participants would find it extremely convenient to commute here even if they do not drive. Also, forget about rainy day woes and stepping into the training room with clothes sodden from the rain, as the walking path from the train station to the IP building is all sheltered.

Prominent Destination

A good training location must be easy to find, considering not everyone knows how to read a map. When signing up for a course, individuals do have concerns whether they could get to the training location without any hassle, uncertainties, or risk of getting lost. Thus a relatively unknown destination will not be well-received and can in fact lead to a poor course sign-up. Course commencement time and the overall programme agenda can be affected as a result of participants streaming into the room late, or late comers may miss out critical course contents during the introductory segment. IP is a prominent landmark well known by many people, including the older generation; hence incidence of course participants having issues finding the place is not likely.

Eating Outlets

Training venues with cheap and good food are much coveted. After cooping up in the training room for hours, participants will appreciate a nice lunch hour break where they can relax and enjoy some good food. IP is flanked by three busy hawker centres serving cheap and good food that have been featured in various popular TV programs. With the fantastic array of air-conditioned eating outlets and gourmet restaurants here, you will be spoilt for choice. Whether your course is going to provide lunch for participants or it's free and easy for them during lunch, being near to a wide choice of places serving warm, tasty food is certainly a big plus point for a training location.


We understand how important the availability of toilets is during any event. The toilets at IP are very well-maintained and because the amenity is sufficiently big, even if many of your participants take five to go to the washroom at the same time, it's not going to form an annoying beeline. The recent renovation also means that the toilet facilities there are relatively new and clean.

Lunch Time Shopping

Shopping is probably the most popular pastime after a quick lunch for the office crowd. Many course participants hit straight for the retail shops within International plaza and small shops at the old Tanjong Pagar Estate during the lunch break before bracing themselves for the second half day of training. And if shopping is not their idea of bringing more cheer to the day, participants can consider staying in the training room to have a relaxing chat and delight in great city view from the 26 floor.

It can sit up to 20 pax, each equipped with a PC or laptop. The training room can also be easily converted to a seminar room.
