Issue - Feb 2019
It is the time of the year again to review the performance of your staff and identify courses that your staff should attend to upgrade themselves and close the performance gaps that have been identified during the performance appraisal. During the performance appraisal, your staff may request to attend an Excel course to upgrade their skills so that he can work more effectively. The common approach is usually to guess his level of Excel skills (Basic, Intermediate or Advanced) and sign him up for the next level. But based on past year experience, it is usually a hit or miss situation. And you believe it is going to happen again this time round. If that is what you are worried, then I have good news for you. We are developing Excel competency tests to help you evaluate your staff Excel skills and determine whether our courses are relevant for their skills upgrade. We have developed the Excel competency test for our latest course "High Impact Data Analytics in Excel 2016". Download a copy of the test and use it to evaluate his skills now.
For Individuals - If you are a Singaporean aged 25 and above, you are given $500 in your newly created Skills Future Credit Account. The credit in the account is meant for you to pay for WDA approved courses for the purpose of upgrading yourself without company sponsors. You can pay for our courses using your Skills Future Credit.
